Shipping Policy

We carefully do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 15:00 the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take slightly longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we, for whatever reason, fail to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Free shipping on orders above €45,00.
Free when collecting your order at our location.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery.

Any surcharges for islands are at the customer's own expense and are invoiced directly by the carrier.
